Requirements:
- All entertainment should reflect the unique characteristics of the ethnic group which is represented.
- All entertainers must be willing to perform on the scheduled rain date, if necessary.
- Entertainers will be limited to the time assigned them for performance.
- Entertainers are not allowed to solicit contributions from the audience.
- A piano will not be available.
- Entertainers may NOT invite audience members on stage.
